The Winter Lookbook was an independent fashion show that brought together bold creativity and Mauritian fashion talent, transforming a working textile factory into a runway.
As Marketing & Logistics Coordinator, I co–led the event’s creative direction, marketing rollout, and operational execution—from aesthetics to AV to red carpet design
Insight + Strategy
Our vision was to push the boundaries of fashion presentation in Mauritius. We combined raw industrial space with avant–garde styling and immersive experiences.
I developed a visual and messaging strategy to reflect themes like “Wild” and “Winter Glam,” and led content creation using Adobe Suite and professional photography/videography—all on a lean budget.

Delivery
I oversaw everything from ticketing to influencer partnerships, directed event–day logistics, and liaised with AV and F&B teams.
I secured MUR 10,000 (£200) in cash sponsorship and successfully negotiated additional brand partnerships for product support and event activation. My multilingual copywriting (English, French, Creole) shaped press releases and guest comms across channels.
Results
The show welcomed over 300 attendees, featured 30+ models, and ran two high–energy runway shows followed by a curated shopping experience. Ticket sales exceeded expectations and sponsorship targets were met.
